This was my last recovery week until the race. Only half of what I did the previous week.

Bike: 3 rides, 65.58 miles, 17.8mph, 3:41:40
Run: 3 runs, 20.18 miles, 9:36/mile, 3:15:34
I missed 2 short runs this week, but I swam more than I was told to by my plan.
