Rode
the trainer today. The number was still on my bike from the Big Rock
Tri so I'm guessing I haven't rode since then. It felt good. Got 90 min
in. Hopefully I will get a few rides in before Rock Cliff Tri next
week.
I also switched gyms to one with better swim hours and better day care hours so that should help up get to the pool more often.
Just bought our plane tickets. Thanks to Southwest for losing my bag and giving me $50 credit. We decided to go out on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. That way we can relax before the madness begins.
