I started my run a little later than I wanted, but I was hoping that it would continue to cool down. I wasn't feeling great the first mile, but things got better as I went. I felt great after the first gel at mile 3.5. I took another gel at mile 7 and mile 10. I drank 70oz of water on the run and felt like I stayed hydrated. No major issues today, I felt great from miles 7-11. It was hard to slow down the last few miles, but my HR started to climb.
