3 mile t-run, HR 155, 10:15/mile by skaas at Garmin Connect - Details

Road with Matt (pulled the whole way). It is amazing how quickly you warm up when it is hot out. I felt good about a half a mile into the ride. I only pushed hard once coming up the last hill, everything else was easy. I drank 2 water bottles and 1 bottle of low cal Gatorade. 3 mile transition run after.
