This was my biggest week ever. It was supposed to be just over 16hrs, but I missed my transition run yesterday and I cut 1 swim short (the pool was crazy buzy).
Total Time: 15:37:43
Swim totals: 2:48:18, 6750yds
Bike totals: 7:46:21, 138.19 miles, 17.8mph
Run totals: 5:27:04, 32.01 miles, 10:10/mile
This was a fast week for running, slow for swimming, average for bike.
This week I have to switch the tires and tubes out on the bike and finish adjusting the disk cover. I'm getting excited for the Utah Half, I'm praying for a wetsuit swim.
