15.25 miles, HR 139 by skaas at Garmin Connect - Details

Ran with Nathan for the first 10 miles, then finished the last 5 on my own. I drank water at every mile and at every 3rd mile I had about 5oz of Perform and half a waffle. I had about 500 calories during the run. The last 5 miles were water only. No Caffeine because I was running so late at night. Hopefully I won't have to run this late too often. I didn't really start to hurt until mile 14.
