Last week was a recovery week and the last week of vacation. I took it easy running this week, only running 16 total miles, about half of normal.
Total time- 12:18:50
Swim 2.6 miles, 1:34:57
Bike 137.1 miles, 7:43:30, 17.7mph
Run 16.66 miles, 3:00:23, 10:45/mile
This coming week should be my biggest week so far, over 16 total hours. I return to work tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes.
