Ran 5ish in 47 minutes

Ran about 5 miles today.  It was warm but not too hot.  I felt good, the best I have felt running so far ( in my two weeks of training).  I'm still losing weight, so I think that is helping. Only problem with that is I feel weak and like I'm losing muscle, not fat.  Gotta start weight training again.
