I'm going to call this a run walk. I think I was still dehydrated from yesterday's workouts. I didn't have much to eat yesterday either. I was able to run the first 2.5 miles, then it was a combination of walking and jogging. Ran with Carmen and Nathan. Carmen ran in front of us.
