I was able to get in about 10 minutes more than last week, I had 2 less workouts, so my workouts were a little longer.
Swim: 2 swims, 5950yds, 1:56:19, averaged 1:58/100yds, 11% of total time.
Bike: 3 rides, 171.81 miles, 9:41:31, Averaged 17.7mph, 54% of total time.
Run: 4 runs, 32.15 miles, 5:17:31, Averaged 9:50/mile, 35% of total time.
I felt great all week, until Saturday afternoon. I was pretty tired until I got my Sunday nap.
