I want to run in hot conditions enough so that I'll be prepared for the Utah Half. Today wasn't really hot, but very sunny and finished in the mid 80's. My legs were sore, but I wanted to see how they would react if I ran harder. It wasn't pretty, they hurt and I came back slowly. I need to focus on the negative split on my runs.
