Stephen's Weekly Totals

Last week was a recovery week, I was at scout camp, and I cut my hand.  Not the best training week.

Total 4hours, 30minutes

Swim: none
Bike: 2hr, 45 min  2 rides totaling 45 miles, but 12 of those were on a mountain bike.
Run: 1hr, 45 min.  2 runs totaling 10 miles
