Very happy with this week, hit all my workout goals except for swim distance. I was only able to swim twice this week, I really need to get in at least 3 swims. I got in an extra ride and I got in a few extra miles of running. I'm ready for next week, it is a recovery week. I'll be at scout camp, so my running will be trail running and my biking will be on a mtn bike. I should get in plenty of swimming, they offer the mile swim every morning.
