6.25 miles, HR 152 by skaas at Garmin Connect - Details
Today I got in almost as much exercise as I did in all of last week.
Ran with Carmen, Debbie, and Kevin. I ran the first and last miles by myself. It took almost a mile for my HR to settle down and feel like I had warmed up. It was cool tonight and smokey from the fire. I felt good, my legs started to feel heavy at mile 4 but that didn't last very long.
