Thursday I biked for 50 minutes and then ran for 40, both tempo type workouts. Today I swam for 65 minutes in the rain (well only like 20 of the minutes were in the rain). I've been sick with a cold and sore throat the last couple of days, which has been annoying. But if Stephen doesn't let cutting his hand off slow him down, I can't let a cold stop me.
So it looks like everyone is right around the 2 mile distance swimming. When do we try the full distance?
